Gnome Wave Cleaner from Redhawk.org
Audio editor designed specifically for cleaning up vinyl recordings (although it looks like a GNOME 1 app, which is a bit unusual these days!).
Converting 78s to audio files using a bunch of Linux software.
The record collection is the most interesting part, but the front page design is quite fun too.
