Whizzo Software - SIO2Arduino edit / delete
"SIO2Arduino is an Atari 8-bit (800/XL/XE) device emulator that runs on the Arduino platform. It currently emulates a single Atari 1050 disk drive (D1:) but there are plans to extend it to support multiple drives as well as other devices." I've been meaning to build one of these for my Atari 800 for, oh, fifteen years now...

C64 Collections {at SceneBase} edit / delete
"On this page we have gathered together collections containing archived disk and tape images. ... The transferal work is undertaken by sceners (and non-sceners) who take the time to preserve their media collections and save scene history from magnetic bit decay and then share the results."

The Qube RiscOS Server edit / delete
A large collection of mods for the Archimedes, and a canned classic RiscOS distribution (including !Hamsters). I particularly like the mod that involves installing an Atari ST floppy controller in an A3000 to get HD floppy support!

Compucolor II Tribute edit / delete
Early micro with a colour display. This is a really interesting hardware design, with an unusual disk interface (abusing the test mode of a TI serial chip!) and Teletext-style graphics. Includes a Javascript emulator and a collection of disk images.

I'd been wondering if you could use a Raspberry Pi for floppy archiving, by getting the DMA engine to sample an input pin. This appears to be doing the same thing in the other direction (emulating a floppy drive), so I'll add that to the to-do list...
