Fogarty's Cove edit / delete

There's a comment to the effect that Fogarty's Cove doesn't exist on the map in the sleeve notes for Stan Rogers' classic album. This appears to be an attempt to fix that problem.

Harmonica makers (of the "we're number two but we try harder" variety). The neat thing is that you can order most of their models in custom tunings for not very much money. I'm tempted to order an A diatonic with a mixture of the "Highlander" and "Paddy Richter" tunings...
